Meet Isabella.
Isabella Mastrodicasa
Isabella Mastrodicasa is an LA-based talent manager, film/TV producer, and founder of Never Settle Media, where she champions digital creators and global filmmakers. After studying Criminal Law at Bocconi University and Entertainment Business at UCLA, she began her Hollywood career at Verve before joining The Kennedy/Marshall Company, contributing to the Steven Spielberg-executive-produced documentary Finding Oscar.
She later launched the digital department at Heroes and Villains Entertainment, building early creator-focused strategy before founding NSM in 2022. Under her leadership, NSM has grown into a multi-hyphenate management and production company whose digital roster reaches over 10 million followers and has partnered with 3,000+ brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment.
As a producer, Isabella recently completed Zita Sempri, an Italian short film that premiered at the Taormina Film Festival and competed in Los Angeles at HollyShorts. She is passionate about diversity, female empowerment, and social impact, and frequently serves as a public speaker and competition judge for Oscar-qualifying festivals, including the Austin Film Festival.
